Youth Voice Training Producers

AMP Training Collective

60% of this time will be meeting in person in central York, 40% will be meeting online via Zoom. We expect that in person meetings will take place on Wednesdays and online meetings on Mondays.

Salary:

£12.60 an hour or £94.50 per day

Hours:

This role will be approximately 45 hours between October and January.

Contract:

This job is a short-term contract and will be classed as self-employed work. If this job takes you over the threshold for self-employed income of £1000, we will support you in how to register to pay your own tax and National Insurance.

Deadline:

Monday 20 October 2025 - 10am. We can be flexible, but we anticipate interviews will take place on Tuesday 28 and Thursday 29 October 2025.

Job description:

Outline of your expected duties as an AMP Training Producer, this may be subject to slight changes as the programme develops.

 

Assisting with the development  of a Youth Voice Training and Consultancy Packages

- Attend in-person and online meetings

- Develop an understanding of Youth Voice, what it means to you

- Contribute ideas for training structure via online and in person meetings, written feedback, discussions and activities

- Contribute ideas for training content via online and in person meetings, written feedback, discussions and activities

 

Develop resources to support Youth Voice Training and Consultancy Packages

- Develop ideas for resources via online and in-person meetings, written feedback, discussions and activities

- Support to design and create resources using Google docs, Canva, and other design and word processing software (access to any paid software provided by AMP)

 

Develop activities and course content for Youth Voice Training and Consultancy Packages

- Be part of example training sessions as a ‘learner’ and provide feedback via written surveys, discussion or other collectively agreed methods

- Perhaps you will be confident to model activities, games or course content ideas by leading mini-sessions - this is not a requirement

 

Timely provision of agreed individual tasks

- Contribute to collective goal by completing individual tasks in a timely manner, meeting collectively agreed deadlines

 

Communicate:

- Communicate effectively with your team - be responsive to communications in a timely manner according to collective agreed time frames and channels (i.e. email, whatsapp, slack or other)
