Sessional Youth Worker – Health and Wellbeing

Job description:

Do you have a passion for health, beauty, and wellbeing? We’re looking for Sessional Youth Workers – Health & Wellbeing to deliver fun, creative, and inclusive sessions in our dedicated Health & Wellbeing room. From hair and nails to self-care workshops and wider wellbeing projects, you’ll support young people aged 8–19 (or up to 25 with SEND) to build confidence, develop practical skills, and explore positive lifestyle choices. You’ll create a safe, welcoming environment that encourages participation, champions inclusion, and gives young people a voice in shaping the programme.

You’ll need practical skills in hair, nails, or beauty, along with experience delivering health, beauty, or wellbeing activities with young people. Just as importantly, you’ll bring a positive, engaging approach that motivates and inspires confidence. Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusion is also essential, with training provided
