Inclusion Volunteering Service

What is our Inclusion Volunteering Service?

Our Inclusion Volunteering Service supports people who are asylum seekers, refugees, or migrants to get involved in the Barnsley community through volunteering.

The service aims to help individuals find an opportunity that will be meaningful, engaging, and welcoming, and one that supports their individual needs, language skills, and goals.

Our specialist Inclusion Volunteer Coordinator works with each person 1-to-1 to support them in accessing volunteering, whatever their background, language level, or ambitions.

Volunteering can help you improve your English and allow you to make connections. Do you want to start volunteering but don’t know where to start? Read on to find out more.
