We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Manager to join our people-centred team in Barnsley. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of our office by providing excellent administrative support to our staff, learners, and volunteers.
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably within a charity or not-for-profit organisation.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other relevant software.
Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Ability to work well as part of a team and support the CEO and colleagues.
