The fund is being provided by Barnsley Council, Love Where you Live. The grant aims to fund projects and events that enhance unity and inclusion across the Barnsley Borough.

• Activities show support and inclusion of ethnic minority communities to include groups such as:
o Refugees and Asylum Seekers
o Black, Asian or other minority ethnic communities
• Activities and events aim to reduce any community tensions and increase community unity
• Projects addressing Islamophobia are also eligible
• Proposals should consider how their application:
o Tackles isolation and loneliness of these communities
o Helps to identify common interests across the wider community

o Celebrates local culture and heritage and embraces others
