The project work role isdesigned for someone who has the passion for working with vulnerable andcomplex young people in the homeless sector.

The post requires you to work as part of a team to provide 24-hoursupport on a rota basis within an accommodation-based service which housesyoung people aged 16-21 years.

The project worker will support and manage a caseload of 5 youngpeople through support planning and assessment to build relationships, identifygoals and aspirations.

These goals will form the framework for one-to-one key worksessions, and will contribute to the planning of a programme of life skillssessions which will be deliver by the team to young people in service.

The aim of the service is to engage young people in their ownsupport  to develop independent living skills for a sustainable future.
