About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Manager to join our people-centred team in Barnsley.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of our office by providing excellent administrative support to our staff, learners, and volunteers.
Essential Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably within a charity or not-for-profit organisation.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other relevant software.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and support the CEO and colleagues.
