£32,000 to £35,000 Dependent on experience

Job description:

Reporting to the HR Lead, this new role has been created as wecontinue to grow our HR department and strengthen the support we provide to ourincredible team.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to make the role your own and have areal impact across the organisation.

We’re looking for a confident and compassionate HR Advisor, with astrong focus on Employee Relations (ER).

You’ll be the go-to expert for line managers, providing coaching,guidance, and hands-on support with cases such as grievances, disciplinaries,investigations, and appeals.

You’ll also play a key role in updating and communicating HRpolicies, ensuring best practice is embedded across the organisation.

Alongside your ER responsibilities, you’ll support a range of HRactivities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, wellbeing,learning and development, and HR administration.
