Post Title: Virtual Family Hub Support
Responsible to: Families Information Manager (Westgate)
Purpose of role
To assist the virtual family hub team with administration involved in maintaining virtual information.
What’s involved?
• Supporting with maintaining and posting information on service social media pages/ sites
• Providing administrative support to the team and administrating own work, which will include maintaining the information on the service website, inputting information into online booking systems etc.
Days required: Mon AM, Mon PM, Tues AM, Tues PM, Weds AM, Weds PM, Thur AM, Thur PM, Fri AM, Fri PM

Recruitment process: Following receipt of your enquiry, the Volunteer Coordinator for Family Hubs will contact you to arrange an informal chat. You will then be sent an application form and if you meet all the criteria for the volunteer role you will be invited to an informal interview.
Please note that an enhanced DBS check is required for all Family Hub volunteer roles.
What skills do I need?
• An interest in supporting families and children
• A non-judgemental and supportive approach
• Good interpersonal skills
• Competent IT skills including ability to use Microsoft Office and knowledge of website/ database functionality and ability to maintain, input into websites.
