Collection Tin Volunteer Barnsley

As a Collection Tin Volunteer, you will help to raise awareness and increase income, through managing and placing our collection tins in the local community to support generating essential income to help keep our helicopters flying.
What we need from you
A friendly, engaging attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with local supporters. Basic numeracy and literacy skills as well as a knowledge of your local area would be advantageous.
Ideally, we ask that you can commit to a minimum 4 hours per month.

Recruitment process:

We require all Volunteers to complete a basic DBS check and provide two references, you will be contacted regarding these as part of the application process.
Your local Community Fundraising Executive will contact you to discuss the role & explain the onboarding process.

Skills and quaifications:

No experience required but previous customer service, fundraising or charity work would be an advantage.

Suitable for specific groups: BME, Carers, Disabled (learning), Disabled (physical), Employee volunteering, Ex-offenders, Event volunteers, LGBTQ+, Long term health condition, Older people, Refugees and asylum seekers, Substance misuse, Unemployed
