Hosted by: Open Country

If you enjoy cycling, and are passionate about accessibility and helping people, Open Country have the perfect volunteer role for you! As a Tandem Cycling Volunteer, you will help pilot a tandem bicycle so that people with sight impairments and learning disabilities can access and enjoy the countryside on adapted bikes. Rides are usually between 10 and 22 miles long with a pub stop enroute. The bike rides will take place from April to October on Tuesday nights (6PM - 9PM), starting from a range of central Barnsley locations. All equipment is provided, volunteers just need to turn up and get stuck in!
