The South Yorkshire Integrated Stroke Delivery Network (SY ISDN) are recruiting for new members for the Stroke Survivor and Carer Panel.
The panel is committed to ensuring that public and patient voices are at the centre of shaping stroke services across the South Yorkshire region.
Do you have lived experience of stroke as either a stroke survivor or a carer? Do you want to make sure that stroke services are equal and fair for all? Do you live in Barnsley, Bassetlaw, Doncaster, Rotherham or Sheffield?
