An exciting and unique opportunity to work for a local charity supporting children and young people within a small team where your contribution matters. 

We are recruiting sessional youth workers to join our Programme Team delivering positive youth work with children and young people in schools, after-school clubs, evening youth clubs and detached street based youth work settings.

This is a part time post, initially starting at 2 or 3 hours per week with the potential to increase. It requires someone who is committed to working with children and young people and ideally with experience of working with them in a variety of settings. You will be enthusiastic, friendly and approachable and able to inspire and maintain effective relationships with children and young people.

A JNC Community and Youth Work Qualification or equivalent would be an advantage but not essential. You will be required to be flexible in your hours of work.
