Job description

“Enable everyone in Rotherham to get creative more often.  By 2030 we will have established Rotherham as a new cultural democracy, ensuring that every citizen has regular and frequent opportunities to experience high quality arts and culture and to explore and express their own heritage and creativity”.

Our Programme Director will be a senior leader with a proven track record of delivering creative change management programmes, inspiring communities and managing diverse teams of freelancers, volunteers and staff.  We are looking for an engaging, credible and confident individual to lead this action research programme, adapting to learning and managing the conflicting agendas across a co-production process.
