Our Airedale Communities that Work project will engage with residents and deliver activities that improve their health and wellbeing and provide bespoke support to strengthen their skills and secure employment. The roles are complementary and will work closely to create opportunities for those they engage with as well as developing strong local networks and collaborating with key stakeholders.

You will be enthusiastic, passionate about people and in getting the right result for them. You will be committed to building resilience, able to engage at all levels and share knowledge for the benefit of Airedale.
You will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with local residents, volunteers and other stakeholders.
You should be comfortable in taking the lead, with an open and supportive style that encourages and supports community participation and volunteering.
