We are looking for an Assistant Project Worker to work on our RUBIC² (Respect and Understanding; Building Inclusive Communities) Project. The RUBIC² (Respect and Understanding; Building Inclusive Communities) Project is a three-year project funded by the Big Lottery Reaching Communities Fund. RUBIC² builds upon our previously Lottery funded RUBIC project and seeks to increase awareness and create a better understanding for individuals and communities of difference and looks to reduce the space which hostile and divisive narratives and perceptions create. Using approaches including safe space conversations, mediation and culture workshops and training, participation work with communities and young people and opportunities for people to learn more about refugee and asylum-seeking communities. The project focuses on the S4 and S5 areas of Sheffield, with our work with refugee and asylum-seeking young people being a city-wide offer.
Deadline for applications, Monday 27th June at 9am. Interviews to be held in person on Friday 8th July.
