- Pathways to Work funding - launch event
Barnsley CVS are hosting a Pathways to Work funding launch event on the 4th March, from 10am-12.30pm at Redfearns Sports and Social Ground.
BMBC have provided Barnsley CVS with the Pathways to Work funding to manage and distribute to the VCSE sector in Barnsley. The launch event is to ensure organisations are aware of the aims of the funding, and the criteria and allow them to discuss the funding further.
Spaces are limited to 1 person per organisation to allow varied representation across the sector. Places are limited so please book at your earliest convenience to guarantee your spot. If your organisation requires more than 1 person please email [email protected]

- Barnsley CVS Future Plans
Barnsley CVS has undergone many of changes over the last few months. Our CEO, Lara Bundock, has been planning how to adapt and change our offer for the VCSE sector to ensure it is working as effectively as possible.
Lara would like to invite you to an online meeting on the 12th March, 10.30am-11.45am to share her plans for the future with our members and anyone wider in the community. This presentation was originally given at our VCSE Strategy Group and the members felt this needed to be shared wider to the sector.
There will be a chance in the meeting to ask Lara any questions you have about her plans for Barnsley CVS.
We are aware that many people in the sector and the wider public in Barnsley are interested in learning about the road ahead, and this meeting will give you the chance to hear what this will look like.
